Wow, where in the world does time go? I am trying to think of what has happened over the past 7 months. I have switched jobs and now work for an engineering company as the receptionist. I have also gone back to school to get my medical transcriptionist license, so that I will hopefully be able to stay and work from home. We also bought our first house in June!! It has been so nice to live in our own place and not have people who live above us who sound like a heard of elephants until 2:00 in the morning. Brecklynn is growing up so fast. She started the nursery in August and I thought it was going to be so easy for her, but she has a hard time letting us leave and of course my heart breaks, so I usually end up staying the entire time with her. She is starting to talk a lot more, well she has always been a talker, but now we are starting to understand more and more words each day. She has been fun and hard. She has hit the terrible two's already it seems, but she likes to be goofy which her dad likes. I can't believe she will be two in three months. Where does the time go? Other than that life seems to be good for us.

Hospital Visit!!
After many early mornings taking Brecklynn to the After hour doctors, trying to figure out what was wrong with her, we ended up having to admit Brecklynn to the hospital last Saturday. She had RSV!! That was the hardest thing to have to sit through. Brecklynn had a fever for 4 days straight ranging from 103-104. It was so hard to have to see Brecklynn get probed so many times with IV's and getting her poor nose suctioned out, but I knew it was to make her feel better. She had to have oxygen cause her levels were low. After trying to slowly get her off of the oxygen so we could come home, we were able to come home today. She still has to be on the oxygen at night cause her levels drop when she sleeps, but I am so glad that she is home and hopefully we can keep her healthy. I don't ever want to do that again.

So once again time has flown by!! Brecklynn will be 11 months this month. She is getting so big. She has such a fun personality! She has about 5 teeth now and is crawling everywhere. I have a feeling she will be walking soon! She is becoming a daddy's girl. It is really cute to see her eyes light up when dad walks in the door. I think its really cute! As for Isaac and i we are just plugging along. I got a job with Utah Metal works and tomorrow is my first day. A little excited, but a little nervous as well. We were all sick at our house over the holidays. Brecklynn had the croup, bronchitis and a cold, and gave the cold to us. I guess she likes to share, but other than that all is well in the Curtis household. Hope you all had a good holiday!!
