Where does time go?

Where does time go? My baby is almost 8 months. I have to admit he has been an adjustment compared to how good Brecklynn was, but he is doing so much better now. He loves his big sister so much! She just has to walk in the room and his face lights up. She is the only one that can get such a big smile out of him. I hope this lasts forever!!!

Ooops!!!

Brecklynn decided to take matters into her own hands a couple of weeks ago and cut her hair. I was at volleyball when I got done I checked my messages and had a message from Isaac, it didn't sound good, so I called him to see what was going on. He started telling me that brecklynn kept pouring water onto the living room floor while she was trying to have a tea party. I started to laugh and he said you won't be laughing in a second he goes onto tell me he had ran into the back room to save his xbox game cause Rykker had woken up and Brecklynn came in and said dad look I am so beautiful. He looked to see a chunk of hair missing in the back of her head! He went into the living room to find the remains of her hair laying all over the living room floor. He was upset with her, but then he said how could he be mad when she was so proud of what she had done. I just had to laugh plus I had about 20 minutes to digest what had just happened. I got home and there was a pretty good size chunk of hair missing from the back of her head, plus she had cut some off the side. The lady that watches her was able to fix it the best we could. We ended up having to do an aline cut with one side shorter than the other. It will grow back so I just have to laugh. Funny girl!

Total Catch Up!!

Oh my goodness it has been such a long time since I posted. Obvioulsy I am no good at this, but thought I would update! The last time I posted I announced that we were having a boy!! Well I have had him! Rykker was born on Sept 16 weighing in at 8lbs 7oz. Big Boy!! He was a pretty easy delivery, three pushes and he was out. He has been a difficult baby! He still does not sleep through the night at 6 months and needs lots of attention. I am not use to this cause Brecklynn was such a good baby and slept through the night at about 7 weeks!! Rykker had jaundiced when he was born so he had to be under the light for a week, which is torture for a new mom!! Brecklynn has been such a good big sister. Showed no signs of jealous and just loves to make him smile. No one can make him smile bigger than his big sister. I love it and am so greatful that she adjusted so well to him. Me on the other hand is still trying to adjust to two kids. I did not think it would be this hard, but it gets better everyday. Rykker is 6 months now and is a big little boy. He is also starting to teeth. Oh the joys of teething. We still love him anyways.
Brecklynn just turned three. She is such a fun little girl. She is a smart little thing too. We pierced her ears for her birthday! We had a joint birthday party with two of her other cousins and I have to say she got spoiled, but she deserved it. She defintiley keeps us on our toes, but we wouldn't have it any other way we love her to death!!
